We offer 12-month leases as our standard, with 6-month lease options available in certain circumstances.
You can pay your rent online, or by check or money order at the office in Anchorage.
While renter's insurance is not required, we highly recommend it for your protection. If you choose not to purchase your own, we offer Liability coverage for a small monthly fee.
Utilities are the responsibility of the resident. Water, sewer, and trash are billed through a third party and added to your rent for easy, one-time payment.
Electric service is set up by the resident. You can contact MEA by phone or visit their website to get started.
GCI is the most prevalent provider in this area for internet and cable.

Maintenance
Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance. Work orders are sent directly to our technician for prompt attention.
You can submit work orders through your resident portal, or contact the Manager via email or phone for assistance.
You don’t need to be present. Work orders include an option to give permission for entry, so you can go about your day while we take care of the work.
